Who we are

TSS Waste Ltd ("TSS Waste", "we") is a waste clearance and recycling company registered in England, Company No. 15493757. We decide how and why your personal data is used, so we are the data controller. You can reach us at [email protected] or on 01277 361 905.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or request a collection through this site, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us:

• your name, phone number and email address
• the address we would collect from
• what needs clearing, any photos you send, and the day and time you would like
• the contents of messages and calls with us, so we can quote accurately and look after the job

We do not ask for payment card details through the forms on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, price and arrange the job, carry it out, and keep the records we need for our business and for waste regulations. The legal basis is that this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform it, and that we have a legitimate interest in running our business and keeping proper records. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of providers to run the site and handle enquiries. They process your details for us and only for that purpose:

• GoHighLevel, which hosts our quote and booking forms and stores the enquiries they receive
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides spam protection on our forms
• Google Maps, which displays the maps on some pages
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that is the case they rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for the period our business records and waste regulations require. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded forms, maps and spam protection from the providers above may set their own cookies or similar technologies so they work. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy to move elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
